1. Rental Terms

Please ensure the studio is left as you found it. Take care of the furniture and all equipment. Treat the space with respect to maintain a clean and professional environment.

For the safety of the content sets, please keep all food and drink away from them.
When moving props or furniture, please lift them rather than dragging. This helps prevent damage to both the furniture and the studio flooring.

Please use the bins provided to dispose of any rubbish. If there is an excess of waste that doesn’t fit in the bins, we kindly ask you to take it with you.

Free parking is available on-site. Please park in designated areas.

2. Use of Space

The Studio is rented for creative content production purposes only (e.g., photography, videography, or similar activities). Any other use requires prior written approval.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Please do not light any candles, open flames are strictly prohibited.

Renter must keep the space tidy and ensure it is returned in the same condition as it was provided.
Please note that CCTV is in operation for security purposes.

3. Exit Time

The Renter must vacate the premises by the end of the agreed rental period.

4. Liability

The Studio shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the rental period. Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to Studio equipment, fixtures, or the premises caused by themselves or their guests. The Studio is not responsible for any equipment or personal belongings brought onto the premises by the Renter.

5. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the Renter’s use of the space.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation:

We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking during which you may cancel your booking for a full refund.

After 24 Hours:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your booking (change the date and/or time) free of charge, subject to availability.

7. Miscellaneous

Renter is responsible for ensuring all guests adhere to the rules of the Studio. Any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the rental period.

By agreeing, the renter consents to receive marketing communications, including promotions and updates, from Opal & Mersey.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the renter acknowledges their responsibility for any damages incurred during the rental period and understands that such damages may result in additional charges.
